Rachel received a BA in Psychology from Creighton University in 2005. She earned her Masters of Science in Counseling from Bellevue University in 2008. Rachel began her career working with young children and adolescents before broadening her practice to include adult mental health and substance use clients. She has run substance use groups for adolescents and adults, as well as provided individual and family therapy. Rachel enjoys working with all ages and utilizes various interventions from CBT, DBT, CPT, EMDR, as well as play and reality therapy. She has been practicing since 2008.
