Dr. Krishna attended the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky, for her undergraduate education and later the University of Louisville Medical Center School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky. She did a lot of health interpreting work and volunteer work with local health fairs and the Public Health Department during her undergraduate years. After graduating, Dr. Krishna was then accepted into residency at the University of Florida, Jacksonville General Psychiatry training program. She went on to complete her fellowship in Community Psychiatry at the University of Florida, Jacksonville and was recognized for her work in the Jacksonville community with the Leon L. Hailey Award.
Dr. Krishna enjoys running and pilates. She is an avid reader, moviegoer, and painter.
