Billing Policy

In order to keep billing costs to a minimum, patients are required to pay any co-pays, deductibles, and co-insurance at the time of service.

We accept most credit and debit cards, cash, and check. Any patient wishing to discuss fees is encouraged to do so with a patient representative or their doctor.

Psychiatric Services, PC has the policy that all patients under the age of nineteen must have a credit card on file, as all co-payments, deductibles, and co-insurance are due upon check-in. A credit card receipt will be mailed to the person on the credit card. This is a convenience for the patient so they are not asked directly for payment.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation regarding these policies.

Managed Healthcare Plans

We are providers for several managed healthcare plans and insurance programs. Please inform us prior to your visit which plan you are enrolled in. Payment is made directly to your physician.

When Psychiatric Services is not a preferred provider with patient’s insurance, the fee is expected at time of service and patient is responsible for reimbursement from their insurance provider if available.

Accounts are considered delinquent 60 days following the date of service. Any returned check is subject to a returned check fee charge.
